My First Client is Gone But I Learned a Lot

September 5th, 2006 · No Comments · Clients

Well my “first client” is over. It is alright I have more of course but it was sad to see him go. I did a lot of work for him and learned a lot.

He built up my confidence level and made me feel good about the choice I made. He was a little odd and I doubt he will be in business long. I never over charged him or did not do all the work he asked me to but he always made me feel like I did.

He had some driving issues with his license and always bummed a ride from people which I thought was weird but I also realize that lots of people have driving issues. I did not like the drive to his office and he smoked a lot but other then that it was fine.

I liked the fact that I was able to work from home and I hope that I get more clients like this. I end up working many many more hours then I ever charge them but since it’s from home I don’t really mind.
