Letters to Hope

Oh my gosh are you growing, and what a willful little girl you are.

You want to stand up ALL THE TIME. You never like sitting although you are very good at it and if I leave the room for more then two minutes you cry for me to come back.

Finally: Sleeping Through the Night

You are finally sleeping through the night though.

We figured out how to get you to do it and you sleep pretty well through. You get up around 4:00AM and I let you come in bed to snuggle with me and to have a little booby. You happily snuggle up and fall back to sleep to let me get that extra two hours.

Carrots and Green Beans Suck

You smile and laugh all the time and LOVE to eat. You don’t like carrots or green beans too well but you Love love love butter squash and sweet potatoes. You could happily eat ten jars if I let you.

We have a million and one pictures of you all over the house and you are trying very hard to make friends with the dog. Which he of course does not like but you are so cute about it.

You get mad a lot of things and although it is funny sometimes I wish you had a little more patience or at least I did. You love taking baths in the kitchen sink and you splash in the water and whine when I want to get you out. You are by the clock no doubt about it and it I am five minutes late for your walk, for your feeding or for your bedtime you let me know about it.

Walking Soon, I Just Know It

I swear any day now I feel like you are going to start walking although I know you are far from that stage yet. We both are loving you more and more with each second of your wonderful life.
