I am getting bigger and bigger by the minute and I know you are moving down more because it is hard for me to sit correctly. LOL I am getting very excited and I sure hope you are not late in your arrival because I don’t think I can take much more.

Jenna says you will come when I am almost ready to rip you out of me and then it will be a couple days after that. HA! I hope I am not that unlucky.

The Crazy Now Will Soon be Forgotten

Samantha STILL has not been over to paint your room and it is driving me crazy.

I know you will never know this because, by the time you remember stuff, it will be all done, however we end up doing it. But, for now, it is driving me crazy.

Your daddy is getting more time off to spend with us. I hope this works out: I would love to see him more. He is trying to work it so that he gets the weekends off which would be wonderful. Besides me getting bigger, nothing really new has been happening.

That You Will Be Here Seems Weird

It is weird to think that you will soon be here. I am getting nervous and excited at the same time. I so want to hold you and kiss you and snuggle up with you and teach you stuff and watch you grow I can not wait.

About This Journal

I am not sure how much longer I am going to continue writing because I don’t want to leave this at work and then lose it.

I started your baby book and I want to stick it in there. I know I will most likely in your life write you a lot more then this but for now this will have to do.

I want you to always know that I love you and that daddy loves you and that we are so happy you are going to be in our lives. And, no matter what, I will be proud of you and will always care about you and will never do anything to intentionally harm you. I want you to remember that.

Even when times get hard between us (and I am sure they will, it is just human nature) please remember that I always love you. And you are wonderful and beautiful and always mine and daddy’s heart.

I went to the doctor yesterday. I am getting so excited. I can not wait. I hope you are not late that would be torture. Although everyone tells me you will be late as a first child.

I keep reading all these pregnancy books about what is going to be like to have you come into the world.

WOW! It is going to hurt and be very exciting at the same time. I hope it is not too hard. But really it does not matter you are worth every ounce of pain I must suffer and more. I know that it will be difficult and that I must save up all my strength for the long haul of having you but it will be well worth it. To hold you in my arms to look into your beautiful face to feel you close to me would be worth anything I need to do.

We are still discussing the name issue, at this point I really have no idea what your name is going to be. I keep thinking you are a boy. I have thought this through out my whole pregnancy but you might just be fooling me and are really a beautiful girl. It really does not matter just as long as you are healthy.

I went to Jenna’s today. We are both so excited. Everyone is excited about you coming. I can not wait to talk to you and hold you and teach you things. So many things we have to talk about and learn about.

I lost 11 pounds in one day. WOW!

I could not believe how sick I was and exhausted. I was in bed all day long.

YOU: Never Get Sick, Please

Gosh, I hope you never get sick. I know you will in your life time but I sure wish I could prevent it.

This weekend I had planned to do a lot but I ended up doing nothing. I did not even fold the laundry. That is really not like me so you know I felt bad.

Sorry, I Just Couldn’t Eat Anything

You where mad at me I think because I did not eat anything and I am sure you where starving. I tried to eat but it would not stay down. I again hope this did not affect you at all. I am sure it didn’t.

Doctor’s Appointment Wednesday

I am going to the doctor again this Wednesday and I am going to ask him a lot of questions about you, like how big you are now. You are making it very hard for me to breath and I can not wait for you to just get here.

My feet are no longer swollen that is for sure. I guess that whole 11 pounds was just water. Good thing I have been drinking a lot of water or it would have affected you I think.

This morning I was starving. Yesterday I did nothing but rest. This was nice. I feel MUCH better today. Thank goodness I did not think I would last another day the way I felt Saturday.

Many Tasks to be Done This Weekend

Well I have lots to do this weekend so I am happy my strength is up. I have to clean the rocking chair and hopefully get more of your room painted. Plus I am going to get the baseboard guy to come and install the doors and do a couple of other things around the house.

I can not wait until you are OUT and my strength is back and I can be my busy self again.

Once we know what you are we might think of a name then. At the moment I have no idea. I was fine with the first two names we chose and now I have no idea what you name will be.

Dad likes Gia and Isabelle and some other names that I can not think of right now. I am still now stuck on Alexander and he still likes Dorian. Who knows? It is so confusing now as to what you will be called. Whatever your name is, I hope you like it.

Gosh I am so tired I could fall asleep right now.

Your room is coming along great. Elizabeth (your dad’s mom) painted a lot while she was down here I am going to try and paint this weekend and get some more of it done. I am not sure when you’re Aunt Samantha will get this done and I am in a hurry to get it over with.

You are growing like crazy and are taking up so much room in my belly I can barely breathe. You better hurry up and get out here I am not sure how much more I can take.

Becoming a Crazy Pregnant Lady

Sometimes I feel like I am going crazy. I know I have said this many times throughout this pregnancy but this time it is for sure. I keep freaking out and yelling at everyone and then I feel so guilty about it I end up crying and sulking over it.

I am driving your poor dad insane with my yelling and crying. I hope he forgives me and realizes it is only for a little while. I can’t sleep at all and am always tired now.

Only four weeks to go (I hope) and you will be here and life can go back to somewhat normalcy. At least I will be able to sit on the floor and then get back up again without someone helping me.

He said to stop stressing and have a glass of wine.

I hope that I am never fat and I KNOW you will never be fat. I will not allow that.

I am already planning your diet out in my head to prevent you from being fat.

I am telling you: gaining 30 extra pounds sure does put a LARGE strain on my body.

Well I love you and think of you often I can not wait to meet you.

We hired this very nice guy to install our baseboards and do a couple of other things around the house. So far he is working out great. We have a lot of work to do this weekend and then he will come back on Monday to finish up, (I hope).

Your room is slowly coming along. Samantha is taking her time that is for sure.

Thus far, I have already gotten your stroller and not much more. Well, clothes.

Wow, what a pain your stroller is. I am going to have to practice with it a lot to get it right.

I am also going to have to lift weights in order to carry that damn car seat. LOL! I am sure will figure it out. This can not be the best car seat?

Hey, at least I will have really toned arms.
